Steve Virgil
RegenLaw is the practice of Steve Virgil, a licensed attorney and law professor. My practice serves cooperatives (worker, housing, consumer and agricultural), nonprofits, social enterprises, businesses converting to worker ownership, and community-based organizations which are working to improve their communities and world.
I work with clients in:
- Organizing cooperatives, employee ownership trusts, public benefit corporations, charitable organizations, and business corporations.
- Securities Compliance, Crowdfunding and other offerings.
- Establishing Employee Ownership Trusts and converting businesses to worker cooperative ownership.

I am a law professor at Wake Forest University School of Law, where I teach courses on community and economic development, trade, poverty and business law.
